Purpose:
It is commonly used for ore separation with granularity between 0.3
-0.02mm like iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, troilite, zirconite, rutile, cryptolite, xenotime, wolfram, stannary, tantalum mineral niobite and other non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal with weight proportion.
Using method and principle:
Erect and fix the spiral chute to appropriate position by iron or wood frame; feed ore sand into the two material inlets on top of the spiral chute by sand pump; supply water to adjust thickness of ore slurry; ore slurry flows downward by gravity; the spiral down flow generates eccentricity, this eccentricity separates sand and ore; refine ore flows into the refine ore bucket and then pipes out; gangue flows into the gangue bucket, pipes to sand pond and then discharges by sand pump. That is the whole mine selecting process. |
